Terms of Service

Welcome to Yoink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yoink mobile application, website at yoinkstickers.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Yoink ("Yoink," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, installing the app, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. What the Service Does
Yoink lets you turn photos into physical die-cut stickers and magnets that we print through a third-party print and fulfillment partner and ship to the address you provide. We also offer monthly subscriptions ("Yoink Pass") that include a set number of stickers per billing period.
3. Accounts
You can use Yoink as an anonymous guest, or you can link an email and password to create a persistent account. Linking an account is required to recover your stickers, credits, and subscription on a new device.
You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that happens under your account.
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions ("Yoink Pass")
4.1 Plans and pricing
We currently offer three monthly Yoink Pass tiers. Current prices, included sticker counts, sizes, and any features are shown in the app at the time you subscribe and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may change prices and plan features prospectively; price changes apply to your next renewal after we notify you.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.3 Credits
Each billing period your account is granted the number of sticker credits included in your plan. Credits do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and are reset to the plan's monthly allotment on each renewal.
4.4 Monthly batch
Stickers you redeem with credits during a billing period are bundled into a single monthly shipment ("Monthly Batch") that ships once per month on approximately the first of the following month. Specific ship dates may vary based on order volume and print partner capacity.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or from Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately and any unused credits are forfeited. Your subscription will not renew, but no pro-rated refund is issued for the portion of the current period that hasn't elapsed.
4.6 Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate billing, technical errors, or print defects covered by our quality guarantee (Section 6.3).
5. One-off Purchases
You may also order individual stickers or magnets without a subscription. One-off purchases are billed at checkout and include any applicable shipping charges shown before you pay. One-off purchases are subject to the same print, shipping, and quality terms as subscription stickers.
6. Shipping, Production, and Quality
6.1 Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses you supply.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on our print partner and the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6.2 Production
Stickers are made to order by a third-party print partner. Slight variation between the on-screen preview and the printed sticker (color, edge cut, finish) is normal and expected.
6.3 Quality guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the preview you approved in the app, contact us at support@yoinkstickers.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll reprint the affected sticker at no charge or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or for stickers printed from images you uploaded that didn't turn out the way you hoped.
7. Your Content
7.1 What "Your Content" means
"Your Content" means any photos, artwork, text, or other material you upload, capture, or otherwise submit through the Service.
7.2 You keep ownership
You retain all rights to Your Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Your Content to us.
7.3 The license you grant us
To operate the Service, you grant Yoink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, modify (for example, background-removal and resizing), and reproduce Your Content for the purpose of:
- Showing it back to you inside the app and on your account.
- Sending it to our print partner so they can manufacture and ship the physical sticker you ordered.
- Improving the Service (in aggregated, de-identified form).
This license ends when you delete Your Content from your account, except that we may retain copies necessary to fulfill orders already placed and to comply with legal obligations.
7.4 You're responsible for what you upload
You are solely responsible for any image or content you upload, capture, or print through the Service. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to use it, and you agree to indemnify Yoink against any claim arising from it.
We may refuse or cancel any order — and remove any content — if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that it infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it.
- Use the Service for any commercial reselling of stickers without our prior written agreement.
- Circumvent any rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including (but not limited to):
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, data storage, and app infrastructure.
- A third-party print and fulfillment partner for manufacturing and shipping physical stickers.
Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or content of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property in the Service
The Service itself — including the Yoink name, logo, app design, and all related branding — is owned by Yoink and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Yoink name or marks without our prior written consent.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Account → Delete account), or by following the instructions at yoinkstickers.com/delete-account. You may also request deletion by emailing support@yoinkstickers.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. On termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends.
- We may delete content stored under your account, except where retention is required by law or to fulfill orders already placed.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOINK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO YOINK IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in that case the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yoink, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your Content.
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
